Pillar 2

Conversational Intake

Replace the 50-question survey

Your existing 50-question intake is thorough, but it's a wall. People don't want to fill out forms when they're carrying something heavy. The new intake is a short, guided conversation: "Tell me what season your business is in, what's been on your heart lately, what you'd want the Lord to give you wisdom about right now." In 5 minutes, the platform builds a richer member profile than 50 questions ever could — and immediately routes them to the right testimony, the right course, or the right coach.

How It Works

The architecture

1

Step 1 — Conversational prompts, not form fields

The intake interface looks like a chat, not a questionnaire. The platform asks 4—6 open-ended questions, listens for what matters (season of business, weight being carried, specific decisions in front of them, theological framing).

2

Step 2 — Member profile generation

From the conversation, the platform builds a structured profile: business stage, primary pain, decision urgency, faith vocabulary, content preferences. This profile travels with them through every future interaction.

3

Step 3 — Diagnostic parity with the 50-Q

Before we replace your current survey, we run the new intake against the same members the old survey saw — and confirm it surfaces the same diagnostic insights (or better) in a fraction of the time.

4

Step 4 — Immediate match

The moment intake ends, the member sees their first piece of inspiration: "Based on what you shared, here's a 12-minute message from John on exactly this season." No empty dashboard. No "now what?" moment.

Where This Lives Today

Existing executions

We’re not theorizing. These patterns are already running in our active builds. The Wise Counsel platform inherits the proven architecture.

Festaiv — organizer onboarding

Private — Available on request

Cenac Enterprises build. When a new festival organizer signs up, Festaiv runs a single conversational onboarding session. It checks the organizer's existing website, looks them up on FilmFreeway, references what it finds ("Oh, you're based in St. Pete — love that area for a festival"), and asks only the questions it can't infer. By the time the conversation ends, the entire festival profile is configured. The exact pattern we'd run for new Wise Counsel members — only with a Christian-CEO discovery framing instead of festival programming. Available for a walk-through.

Check & Mate

Private — Available on request

The DwAIght onboarding agent does exactly this for publishers: short conversation, not a form, builds the publisher profile, routes to next action. The Wise Counsel intake adapts the same pattern for Christian-CEO context.
