Pillar 3

Waise Consultant

John, on call. 24/7. Forever.

This is the differentiator no other Christian-CEO platform has. C-12 charges $1,600 a month for a roundtable once a month. Your Waise Consultant is available the day a member fires someone, the night before a hard conversation with a spouse, the morning a diagnosis comes back. It draws from your doctrine, cites the testimony or session it's drawing from, suggests which coach in your network the member might want to call next, and never pretends to be the final word.

How It Works

The architecture

1

Step 1 — Member asks, in their own words

"I have to let someone go tomorrow morning. He's been with us 11 years. How do I do this without breaking him?" No keywords. No tagging. Just the actual situation.

2

Step 2 — The brain retrieves

Waise Consultant queries the Waise Doctrine for the most relevant passages across your books, courses, and video archive. It finds: Chapter 7 of Book 3 on stewardship and dignity in transitions, Session 9 of True Wealth on the difference between a job and a calling, and a 2014 video testimony from a member who went through exactly this.

3

Step 3 — The response composes

The Consultant answers in your voice: gentle, Scripture-anchored, practical. It cites every source by name and links back to the original. It never invents a quote you didn't say. If it doesn't have an answer in your corpus, it says so.

4

Step 4 — The handoff

At the end of every consultation, the Consultant offers: "Would you like to talk to a coach this week? Marcus has walked through this with three founders. He has Thursday at 2pm open." The AI raises the lead. A human coach closes it.

Where This Lives Today

Existing executions

We’re not theorizing. These patterns are already running in our active builds. The Wise Counsel platform inherits the proven architecture.

Check & Mate — DwAIght's sales agent

Private — Available on request

Check & Mate's sales agents reason from a philosophy and cite the underlying logic — same architectural shape as the Waise Consultant. The agent handles 60+ objection patterns and remembers every conversation. Different domain (sales calls vs. coaching), same engine.

Check & Mate — Locker Room debrief

Private — Available on request

The closer parallel to what John needs. After a sales rep runs a dry-run against the AI retailer in the Arena, DwAIght delivers a Locker Room debrief — he reads back the play-by-play, scores it against the sales doctrine, and coaches the rep on what to keep doing, what to drop, and what to try next time. Same shape as a Wise Counsel member finishing a hard conversation in real life and asking: "How did I handle that? What would you have done differently?" The Consultant pulls from John's doctrine instead of the sales doctrine. The debrief surface is already built.
