How It Works
Books (PDF, DOCX, EPUB), course transcripts, video transcripts, radio show transcripts, and cassette transcriptions are normalized into clean text. Speakers are identified where possible. Scripture references are tagged. Source provenance is preserved on every chunk.
Every chunk (typically 300—500 tokens) is embedded into a high-dimensional vector and stored in a private vector database. No content leaves the Wise Counsel infrastructure. No third-party training. Your doctrine stays yours.
When a member asks the platform a question — whether through chat, course assignment, or intake — the system retrieves the top-matched chunks across your entire corpus, then composes an answer that cites the exact book chapter, video timestamp, or radio episode the answer came from.
We tune the response layer to speak in your register: Scripture-grounded, testimony-anchored, gentle but direct. Members shouldn't feel like they're talking to ChatGPT. They should feel like they're talking to a thoughtful student of your work.
