Pillar 7

The Trusted Partners Directory

Vetted professionals. Future revenue stream.

Your members come to you with problems that aren't purely spiritual. They need a CPA who understands family business succession. They need a fractional CFO during a cash crunch. They need an attorney who won't run up the clock. The Trusted Partners Directory is your answer — a curated list of professionals who share your values and meet your standards. But here's the unlock: you're not the one vetting them anymore. The AI is. Every partner candidate goes through the same kind of intake a new member does — only this time the AI is interviewing against your doctrine, looking for alignment. It writes you a comprehensive summary in your inbox and surfaces it on an admin dashboard. You inspect, approve, or respond directly with follow-up questions. Your time goes into the decisions, not the screening calls. Cenac Enterprises is your inaugural AI Implementation Partner — exclusive for the first 24 months.

How It Works

The architecture

1

Step 1 — Candidate applies, the AI interviews

A prospective partner fills out a short application and is then guided into a conversational interview with the AI. Same architecture as a new-member intake — only this time the AI is screening against your doctrine: alignment of values, evidence of fruit in their work, attitude toward Christ-centered business, the kinds of questions John would ask if he were in the chair himself.

2

Step 2 — The AI writes you a brief

The AI synthesizes the interview into a comprehensive summary: the candidate's alignment on the doctrine, the answers that stood out, the red flags worth a second look, and a recommendation. The brief lands in your inbox and on an admin dashboard. No screening calls. No initial outreach. Your time enters the loop only at the moment of decision.

3

Step 3 — You approve, decline, or follow up

From the dashboard you can approve the candidate (they go live in the directory), decline, or reply directly to ask follow-up questions. Replies route back through the AI, which continues the conversation in your voice — or hands the thread straight to you if the candidate asks for it. Either way, you're the final word.

4

Step 4 — Member-facing directory + warm referral

Approved partners appear in a clean directory by category — Accounting, Legal, Fractional CFO, Marketing, Technology, AI Implementation. When a member clicks through, the platform notifies both sides with context: the partner knows who's coming and why; the member knows John has personally approved this team. Optional member-discount and referral-fee infrastructure ready to enable when the directory has volume.

Where This Lives Today

Existing executions

We’re not theorizing. These patterns are already running in our active builds. The Wise Counsel platform inherits the proven architecture.

Check & Mate — DwAIght deal-approval flow

Private — Available on request

This is the actual pattern we're inheriting. During and after sales calls and text exchanges with retailers, DwAIght sends the publisher a comprehensive summary of the deal for approval when one is needed. If DwAIght proposed any negotiation outside the default sales packages, he explains why, recommends whether to accept it, and waits for the publisher's call. If the publisher pushes back, DwAIght walks them through the reasoning until they're aligned — then sends the final proposal to the retailer. Or the publisher can step in and manually close the deal themselves at any point. Same shape applied to Wise Counsel: AI interviews a partner candidate, writes John a complete brief, recommends approve/decline, and either sends the final invitation or hands the thread to John to finish personally. Available for a walk-through.

Sanctuary — admin messaging system

Public · Live

Cenac Enterprises build. The admin messaging and approval flow we built for Sanctuary is the same surface John would use to inspect candidate briefs, approve listings, or reply with follow-up questions. The dashboard pattern is proven.
