Pillar 8

The Convener's Copilot

The same AI that counsels your members — now prepping you.

Every other pillar is the platform working outward — counseling your members, vetting your partners, archiving your engagements. This one turns the same engine inward. You are the most valuable resource at every session you run, and right now your prep is the only part of the operation that doesn't get AI leverage. The Convener's Copilot is the fix. You drop in next week's handout, video clip, or talking-points draft. The platform reads it against the Waise Doctrine to make sure it's in your voice, scans your sources for currency, runs targeted research to find newer or stronger material when something is stale, refines the language, and outputs a polished handout in your brand template. You ship it to the room. The lesson lands harder, the materials look the way they ought to, and you never get caught presenting yesterday's evidence as today's truth.

How It Works

The architecture

1

Step 1 - You drop in the prep materials

Handout draft, video link, sermon notes, slide deck, talking points, an article you want to cite, a guest's interview clip you plan to play. Any format. The platform accepts it, normalizes it, and reads it the way one of your members would read it.

2

Step 2 - Doctrine-grounded review + freshness check

The Copilot cross-checks the content against the Waise Doctrine — is this in your voice, does it reflect what you've taught for thirty years? Then it audits every source for currency. If a study is more than a few years old, the AI runs targeted research against current literature to surface newer findings — and tells you whether your original point still stands, has been strengthened by new evidence, or needs an update.

3

Step 3 - Refine, update, polish

The AI proposes updates inline — newer citations, clearer framing, redundancies trimmed, gaps filled. You accept, edit, or reject each change. Nothing ships to the room without your sign-off. The point isn't to replace your judgment — it's to make sure your prep gets the same level of scrutiny you give every member's situation.

4

Step 4 - Brand-polished output

Final approved content gets formatted into the Wise Counsel handout template — typography, layout, header, source citations footer, branding consistent every time. Print-ready PDF on one side, member-facing digital version on the other. The handouts that go out under your name finally look the way the counsel inside them deserves.

Where This Lives Today

Existing executions

We’re not theorizing. These patterns are already running in our active builds. The Wise Counsel platform inherits the proven architecture.

The Waise Doctrine - the same brain, turned inward

Private — Available on request

This pillar doesn't require new AI — it reuses the same vector knowledge base and retrieval engine that powers Pillars 1, 3, and 7. We're just pointing the doctrine at your own prep materials instead of a member's question. One brain, two directions.

Cenac Enterprises - editorial and research pipelines

Private — Available on request

Dwight runs research-and-polish pipelines today across Game Changer (the book), The Spoiler Report (a Substack of film analysis built around primary-source screenplay research), and the Check & Mate sales doctrine. The pattern is the same: a draft goes in, the AI pressure-tests sources, surfaces current research, updates citations, and outputs publication-grade material. The discipline is proven on our own work — we'd apply the same engine to yours.

Check & Mate

Private — Available on request

DwAIght produces deal briefs, follow-up summaries, and outbound copy that all conform to a fixed brand voice and structure. The output-polish layer that keeps every deliverable on-brand is the same layer that would keep every Wise Counsel handout consistent. Available for a walk-through.

What It Takes

Ready today · To build for Wise Counsel

Ready today
  • Vector retrieval against the Waise Doctrine (shared infrastructure with Pillars 1, 3, 7)
  • Web research and source-currency checking (Cenac Enterprises editorial pipeline)
  • LLM refinement and inline-diff proposal layer (proven on Check & Mate and Spoiler Report)
  • Brand-template document generation (PDF + digital)
To build for Wise Counsel
  • Wise Counsel handout template — typography, layout, citation footer, header standard
  • John's voice-and-tone style guide encoded as a refinement constraint
  • Upload + review UI tuned for the convener workflow (not the member workflow)
  • Source-freshness thresholds calibrated to John's preferences (when is old too old?)
  • Optional: a 'session pre-flight' checklist that runs the night before every booked engagement
