Component 2

Transcription Processing

$1,500/month, while processing only

Auto-terminates when the archive is complete. If your video guy can handle transcription, this fee disappears.

Your content vault is enormous: 350+ video sessions, 250+ Inspiration 316 radio shows, the cassette archive, the True Wealth course, and live roundtables ongoing. Before any of it becomes searchable inside the Waise Consultant, it has to be transcribed cleanly with speaker diarization and source provenance. The $1,500/mo covers the processing labor and tooling. It's time-boxed and transparent — you'll see exactly what's been ingested each week, and the fee auto-terminates the moment the archive is done.

How It Works

The mechanics

1

Weekly transparency reports

Every Friday you get a one-page report: how many hours processed this week, how many remain, current cost-per-hour, and which assets were prioritized. No mystery invoices.

2

Auto-termination triggers

The fee ends when (a) the backlog is processed, (b) you tell us to pause, or (c) your existing video guy is set up to handle transcription going forward. Whichever comes first. We're not interested in extending this — finishing the archive unlocks the Waise Consultant, which is where the long-term value sits for both of us.

3

Why not pass-through?

Pass-through pricing on transcription would mean we mark up a vendor invoice. The $1,500 flat covers tooling, QA, speaker tagging, and ingestion into the Waise Doctrine. It's labor as well as tooling — and it ends when the work ends.

Your Protections

What this guarantees for you

  • Time-boxed: ends when archive is processed
  • Weekly written progress reports
  • Disappears entirely if your video team takes over transcription
  • No minimum term, no early-termination fee

Questions You Might Have

Honest answers

How long until the backlog is done?

Realistic estimate: 4–6 months for the video and radio archive, depending on what we discover in Phase 0 and the condition of source media. The cassette archive is a separate question and we'd give you a specific quote once we've assessed audio quality.

What if I want to handle transcription in-house with my video guy?

Perfect. We'll spec out what the Waise Consultant needs (file format, naming convention, speaker tags, provenance metadata) and your team can run it. The $1,500/mo line item drops to $0 the month that handoff happens.
